I also noted, PYC mentioned, they have the option to partner or develop any of their pipeline assets.

So let's run the ruler over RP11, as PYC's most advanced asset.

PYC has provided a couple of examples of recent high value transactions for a blinding eye therapy. Clearly a big hint as to what a potential deal could look like. A high value transaction for RP11, as our most advanced asset, would certainly be a massive endorsement of PYC's technical capability across all of their pipeline assets and possibly dismiss future funding concerns completely or to a very large degree.

For RP11, by mid 2025, it is seemingly anticipated that we are likely achieve a key inflection point with the accumulation of compelling safety data, plus robust efficacy data generated through the natural history study, in readiness for FDA pathway confirmation for a NDA. This data may also support an accelerated approval timeline, which would be a valuable outcome. (personally I like PYC's chances of pulling this off).

And RP11 may just be the tip of the pipeline iceberg!! (IMO)

I realise that this post may sound overly enthusiastic. I wholeheartedly encourage others, to look deeper than what is outlined above, to calibrate personal circumstances and risk tolerance.
