An amazing team at PYC, they are all over their science and the technical process to take their pipeline through to registrational approval. The cherry on top, is that PYC has a fabulous strategic capability that comprehensively embraces the idea of giving us, (PYC and shareholders), the best chance of corporate success thanks to their sound stewardship.
It's one thing to have the science buttoned down, the market is littered with companies that had great science but fell a bit short on the capability to hang onto their scientific assets. Many fail because they struggle with the business aspects and end up becoming vulnerable to accepting a low ball, predatory offer from a competitor within their targeted industry.
We are now in the position to do a deal on any or all of our pipeline assets, and we are solidly in the HIGH VALUE transactional window, in short I feel very comfortable that we have both the business wherewithal as well as the scientific and technical knowhow.
This latest capital raising, speaks well to my personal level of confidence that PYC will succeed.
