I would think that given the collapse in equity markets, the underwriting agreement with major shareholders has probably terminated by now.
usually its a 10% movement in major indices is the out clause.
wonder what will happen with the loose shortfall if that is the case.
we all know what happened when the last shortfall at 8c was dished out to the likes of WAM who proceeded to flog the crap out of it
