My understanding was that the company was able to attain underwriters from a position of strength, albeit with a 6% fee to perhaps cover off any market movement. But yes, there does not seem to be another way to duck, other than palming off the shares to a third party. Hopefully, at these prices, anyone who wades in will do so for the medium term and wait for some news before heading for the exit.
Under a dollar 10 this is a steal….. thinking of my options here. But DT is certainly a nightmare.
