I'm disappointed that animal studies have taken so long to start. I expected they would be reporting on these by now. In any case, the latest operational update was comprehensive, so I'm thankful that the company gave us that info.

To ds' point, lots of companies are chasing myc. My concern is a lot of them are getting into the clinic, which makes this a very real race against time.

I'm not too sure about Dicerna, as they seem to be referring to their Phase 1b/2 as prrof-of-concept.

We are funding basic science here with our PYC scientists playing around with test tubes and petri dishes and the odd mouse model. History is littered with plenty of great science. If investors are to make a return, these guys need to get to clinic asap! The long lead time into animal trials have been a real waste in my view. Hopefully, the new chairwoman is committed to keeping us fully updated on progress. Time will tell.......
