Most probably to keep a lid on the sp while the cap raising was done at 4c. I am no apologist for this happening but I am sure a deal was in the wings for a while and I would think it's a good deal for all parties concerned. 5m cash in the bank is always good. 4.8c today. All good things happening at the moment. Pure speculation on my part.
