First time it has been tied down to a particular month. Had a recent briefing fro a knowledgeable friend regarding the more general background to small Bios signing off with Big Pharma. Explained quite clearly the frustration and difficulty of getting the signatures on paper.
Big pharma don't run to any schedules,timeframes or deadlines at all.They don't care one bit.
