    andrew:
You are right concerning the Roche deal. IMO the required peptides would need to be inactive, able to bond with an active macromolecule and be able to transport that macromolecule through the cell wall.

With the Medimmune deal and all the internal programs, active peptides are being sourced from the libraries to be potential drug leads.

In the program with MRC/Hutchinson(Cambridge University) phylomer peptides are used to identify and validate cancer disease targets. Once the targets have been identified, third parties can search for drug leads that may be small molecules, peptides or monoclonal anti-bodies.

The Pfizer vaccine deal, I'm not sure of the chemistry. Just surmising before. Was hoping for input from PYCs learn'ed followers.

What is obvious is PYCs phylomer peptides are quite versatile.
    Cheers ST
