In addition to TB's fantastic points, I would just add that the Fast Track designation should give PYC plenty of additional opportunities to pre-emptively discuss trial design etc.
Also, the company has frequently mentioned that they are in continual touch with the patient community through Lion's eye institute, and other patient groups re: trial enrollments
