So, management / the board just outsourced their jobs and added to overheads....
If it comes off, great, we'll all be happy. If not we'll start wondering about the economics of it and why mgt / the board aren't doing their jobs. Hopefully it's just a case of being too busy on too many deals !!?
Let's see how they go. Plenty of value in PYC but it's needs to be unlocked.
