While you are here i wondered what your thoughts were on the latest "apparent" developments were with pyc cell penetrating peptides and endosomal escape. You suggested some time ago that the escape was a major thing that many were trying to achieve/prove and if anyone could do so it could be a "holy grail"
With the time pyc spend presenting and if they have a reproducable method to prove endosomal escape in various different cells why has there been no apparent interest in this technology.
From what you hear is their eet technology not as good as they suggest, are they just not trusted anymore, or is there something more they need?
