the human has a central nervous system, and a peripheral nervous system CNS/PNS. The brain is all CNS and the limbs all PNS as is the torso and most of the face skull surface. Anywhere you can feel is PNS. The eye is actually CNS as the optic nerve has no “join” to the brain. From my earlier studies, I think I am correct. So PYC is working on the CNS, its hidden behind the blood brain barrier which is kind of like a fluid filled sack (cerebrospinal fluid CSF with its own special composition and defence capabilities) spread around the CNS making it hard to send medical agents thru the bloodstream to the brain. Hence the idea that maybe PYC can crack this, as many have tried and pretty much all have failed.
