in my opinion the consolidation is a very positive indication that the Americans must truly be coming.
US funds are not going to buy large chunks of any company if it trades at only 20 cents … but they can buy at $2 … it is all about the correct packaging.
Any day traders who are worried about pip movements in a share like this are destined to end up losers … with the share prices rocketing ahead and leaving them behind to pay their tax bills
if this company earns $1 billion a year … it will surely be worth a minimum of $6 billion imho
if this company earns $2.5 billion from 2 drugs, it will be worth at least $25 billion imho
if this company earns US $10 billion year+ (current 6x the size of CSL current profit), then it has to be valued at much more than CSL currentky imho
for those thinking I’m drawing those types of numbers out of my backside, please have a look at the company estimates below on the first 2 eye drugs if successful (2027/28) and the kidney drug potential (2030)
This company is more likely to achieve its full potential in valuations if highly experienced investors from USA are fairly pricing the science …. Rather than relying on a small group of inexperienced life science investors in Australia who probably don’t know the difference between an RNA drug and a mRNA drug or even what benefit a proprietary CPP could possibly be.
