i agree with most of what you say … but point 3 depends totally on price
I can’t see the major shareholders selling control for under $1 per share (current structure) given exciting outlook … but don’t discount what a global biomedical major may actually be willing to offer for such a platform.
on the kidney drug - if the Americans are truly coming for this company, they are coming for the kidney drug, not the eye drugs.
When the USA cavalry arrives with their cheque books, a consolidated PYC will be able to very comfortably fund the kidney trials and development … and the equivalent price will be much, much higher than current. (All imho)
