From my musings/discussions/thinking AT has quite a large personal fortune since selling IKEA land holdings. He continues to put in for each cap raise and take extras when permitted. His wealth is probably not all in PYC and there is only so much one can do with money. he has seemed quite eager to be known for helping people and in his way he is doing that incredibly well i ( and probably he) think. If there were to be a takeover he and the top 5 could easily block it, and i think they would , having had some discussions with one of them, but never say never. The prospects of dividends is not that far off and the dividend may well be more c per share than the top five paid to buy the shares, and if in the right tax environment there is a good case to be made for waiting for that, esp given the franking issue, But there is also the labour govt eying off both unrealised cap gain and potentially franking, so…….
