First let me say I think this is a buy for the potential but here is the warning.
The cash flow here is not sustainable (yet) - our other one is actually now selling a product with quarterly payments going to arrive based on royalties from an actual product. Some of the hyped numbers given in PYC propaganda are really offputting - I agree they are the potential numbers but there is no actual likelihood of getting any of them - if it turns out the research or development doesn't work there is no obligation to pay anything. The big pharma have made these deals to access the library but are not on the hook for those large amounts. I think of it this way - I'll sign a deal that I'll pay you $100m if by using your product I make $1b but if it doesn't work or sell I'll just pay you a few mill for letting me play with it. The large pharma has the best deal by far in that equation but PYC has the most leverage to gain if it succeeds.
Like I said - it's a buy - but worth knowing what you are buying. As soon as a royalty stream starts of the magnitude this company has dealt them PYC should be worth 5 or 10 or 20x but till then it is an option on success.
