I agree POS - i just think the company is shouting backwards when it should be shouting forwards with this issue....
As ST highlighted in his post the company on the development front has achieved signficant progression over the past 12 months, yet aside from significant dilution the share price has moved nowhere in representing this.
I think the actual placement price wasn't really that bad if passing onto institutions but on the other hand the need to attach the free 1 for 2 options with a 5 year term when the exercise price is only 9c is not exactly painting expectation of much higher prices. 12 month would of atleast drawn it as near term cash in bank to come forward or higher exercise price painted a picture of the longer haul. Anyway what ever happened to that objective of being aquired within 2 years ? lol
Either way i think you've done well there with the extended timeline.
