I initially though your 4000 per acre looked pretty good however the recent interest in the area suggested may be 6000 per acre.... Particularly that hunt oil acquisition but that was a producing asset so I thought 4k would be perfect... but what about US$11500 per acre? Amazing stuff.... also weak OZ$ did help....
What do you think of FOUR RIVERS? How do you value it? I am still trying to find the data about recent acquisitions in the area still no luck... But it seems like in another hot area...
