Thanks for your sage advice, however i'd appreciate some detail behind your statement.

The way I see this. With three new directors being appointed to the board of directors over the past 5 months, I'd call that change of control. Whilst, it does take time for new management to gain a detailed understanding of a company even with the limited personnel of this company and despite the directors not being full time consultants/employees, 5 months should be plenty of time.

Whilst the share price has basically trended in a trading channel ($0.002 to $0.01) over the past 3 years, it's the past few months since the new directors on board that is more critical, during this time the share price has basically stayed at $0.002. It's important to note that at $0.002 from a share price trading perspective (assuming the company continues as a listed entity) the share price floor is $0.001. The way I look at it, at some point (even if/when a projects is vended in to what is effectively a shell) there will be share price appreciation of at least 3 times from current levels, remember that only means a share price of $0.006, I'd suspect it would take much to test the trading channel high of $0.01. Remember, I'm not focusing on this as is the business that (may) vend in to this company going to be profitable to shareholders in the years ahead, but purely a trading perspective. Yes, there are risks, again at this end of the market there's always risks of this nature.

Also, if when/they manage to sell the project which they announced to the market in May 2017, this would also act as an impetus for the stock to be rerated.

Given the buoyant market conditions in this end of the market, it probably won't be too long before this happens.
