Nicely presented post, I see you are getting the idea that to stay in the game we will continually have to raise money to cover costs going forwards. But of course I know you know that, but were more in favour of "rolling the dice". Still I don't think you should read too much into "not fully rolling the dice" meaning management are less confident in the outcome. It may as someone said have been forced on them or alternatively just be regarded prudent.

There is very little effect on my tables as ongoing dilution has always been accounted for and providing we can prove up the sort of amounts that from your previous posts you believe we are looking at and the price holds up, we will be able to make the next raising at a significantly higher price

Of course it is unthinkable that management will not take up their entitlements!
