Kimbo, are you that thick that you don't get what is going on with the PE???
Far have not, I repeat have NOT been given the full details of the PE arrangement. Some, yes, but not all.
Would you commit to buying something if you didn't know the full price and conditions of sale??? No, you would ask for full disclosure as per the JV rules and then wait to be given them. And as they are entitled to PE under the JV, it is only fair that they get this info that they seek.
So why would they say "Yes, we are going to PE" when they don't know what they are getting???
I found this reasonably easy to understand, but obviously some people don't!
