A company rep can recommend that HC close down a thread or discussion? What?

I wonder how many other companies that are discussed on HC would enjoy that rather 'special' privilege?

By the way, in my experience, clarifications are rarely used to make things clear but to put oneself in the clear!

Do you mean, "whether you will..." participate in a discussion and whether you continue a discussion - surely?

Can you please provide some evidence of where my questions, "have been dealt with" please?

Well ... that is of some small comfort.
