    A "terrorist" in the crowd in tonight's Q&A, speaking openly of his gaoling for terrorism charges.

    The Liberal politician told him he should have had passport cancelled for threatening Australians, and that it was only that laws couldn't be applied retrospectively at the time, being the reason he was declared not guilty.

    Unbelievable.
