Yes you are quite right GuessX, I do not think it should be taken as gospel. I think it was more of a comment to represent the potential value of NRT in the future, during times when the price had gone down quite a bit. I don't hold on to the figure of $50 being reached per se, more I see it as symbolic of potential. Nobody actually knows what the price could be one day so no one should be relying on his comment as investment advice and as you say it could have just been a throwaway comment ( although he doesn't strike me as the type of person to comment without a lot of thought behind it).
