I doubt that "two wrongs don't make a right" counts, unless you go back to the original two wrongs, which would be any of the early decisions to keep newstart at these poverty levels in the first place. Any way, if this IMO ethically challenged and inept Goverment had dealt with it, this would not even be an issue.
