I'm not a 100% sure, but when back then the FIRB approved Guangdong Rising AM's cornerstone investment into PNA? Did they say GRAM aren't allowed to go over 19.9%?

Or that wasn't the case? I can't remember.

But looking at the Treasurer's verdict on AMP's takeover of APH and onsell the Asian operations to AXA SA, as overseas assets weren't against Australia's interest as oppose to assets inside Australia. So it is possible for a foreign entity to takeover PNA given that all the assets are in Laos, Thailand and Chile.

    Is this right?
