    Perhaps you should reflect on your own comments.

    This thread opened up the discussion about the climate debate that took place last night on Q&A . It was great to finally see media airtime given over to a representative from the CSIRO & a social researcher since the slugfest between the activists & deniers has turned stale & conuter-productive [suiting the cause of some no doubt].

    Australia runs the risk of being the last one standing in defence of big polluters while the likes of China, Germany, the UK & even the USA invest countless $b in new technologies. If we keep travelling that path they will watch as we become their poor cousins in little more than a decade; just as we have done to them courtesy of the GFC.
