How much choice is it when ~70% ownership is vested in one organisation & most of the remainder in just one other? IMO that is part of what some of us are annoyed about - the lack of choice over our news.
Fortunately the internet has brought other means of sharing & accessing information, as well as the opportunity for robust debate on forums such as HC.
Sadly our established media & government appear to be scrambling to find ways to filter, interpret & charge us for that information as well.
