Good Morning Neil
Thank you for putting those questions to QBL on my behalf. I do appreciate the fact that you are dealing with these difficult questions without resorting to name calling.
Aside from the churlish vitriol of some posters, here (snakes and trolls etc.) I do wonder why the questions can not be addressed publicly.
I note this again because the questions are based on documentation that is available to the public. All it would require is for someone to explain the rationale behind e.g. QBL directors contemplating and or proposing a $1,000,000 loan to Paradise using QBL funds? The fact that it was considered is not in dispute (the documentation established that fact. It is only the rationale of how loaning funds to Paradise would directly benefit QBL holders particularly when the Volcan loan (~$1,200,000) remains outstanding.
As I noted earlier - perhaps these are questions for an AGM. Irrespective, AGM minutes are public documents anyway so I difficulty understanding how answering these questions publicly is an insurmountable hurdle?
I will consider calling Shalom and see what answers I can obtain. I do appreciate the opportunity.
I will share that information with the forum and I will advise Shalom of that fact prior to commencing a discussion.
For the record I am now going to go back over my phone records and locate the time and date of my phone call to Shalom. From memory, I called his mobile and was 'bounced' to another number (which seemed like the office main line) where I left a message. In my message I identified myself using my HC nom de plume. I remember the call because I was standing in my driveway about to get into my car to attend a meeting. At the time, I was thinking that I couldn't talk for too long as I had to get to my next meeting on time. Anyway, the call went to an answering service and I left a message.
I do not dispute what Shalom advises as I have not located my evidence as yet.
Lastly, given that I am doing some of the 'leg work' and research that some holders have not been bothered to conduct for themselves - I wonder whether some of you could refrain from telling me to "grow up", calling me "a snake" and a "troll" etc.
It does absolutely nothing to advance the debate or improve the knowledge of any participant.
Lastly, I do not dispute the value of the recent acquisition. Fact is, I am not in a position to do that - neither is any other person for that matter. My questions stand for themselves and are not capable of being linked to current company events. I think it is misleading for any person to suggest otherwise.
