Please find below an answer to some questions/responses from this forum as well as a reminder of how the Q & A's work. The following transcript has been co-authored by Neil1959 QBL HC rep; approved by Sholom Feldman, Managing Director of QBL and Sholom Feldman has added a section in the middle to clarify certain points. QBL provide a service to the forum, to answer a range of questions, with certain limitations that :
1.
DO NOT Breach ASX Rules or the Corporations Act;
2.
DO NOT Divulge commercially sensitive information relating to commercial negotiations and potential deals;
3.
DO NOT Break or contravene State DPI or Federal Government DOA laws and regulations;
4.
DO NOT Provide information that might be of a materially sensitive nature in an ongoing court case that could
potentially prejudice the commercial interests of the company or place the Company in contempt of court;
5.
DO NOT Provide information that could expose and potentially jeopardize NDA's.
6.
DO NOT Reveal Proprietary information on manufacturing processes, crop yields and tonnages on our
commercially sensitive broad-acre hemp food seed crops.
Sholom Feldman
The company's obligation is to report any material information as required through the ASX platform when that information becomes material and reportable under the ASX listing Rules. The Company discloses material information when required under the ASX Rules and that generally does not include information on deals that did not conclude or are still in negotiation stage. It goes without saying that any deal that the directors of QBL would do would be structured in a way that would be considered by the board to be in the commercial best interests of QBL. When those deals are finalised, the board generally outlines in detail the material advantages of the various deals in the Company announcements.

It is true that many Court Records (not sealed) are publicly accessible. The transcripts of the court proceedings are documented and placed online as a matter of public record. If there are questions that are raised from information not available from the court transcript then "there may be" commercial sensitivities that will require consideration and deliberated responses provided which in content do not break any laws, thereby exposing the company unduly to innuendo or reputational damage that could affect the share price, the company, ongoing third-party negotiations or its shareholders. Even though QBL are very generous with their SM contact they are very protective of information that could potentially harm the commercial interests of the company, its shareholders or ongoing discussions with third-parties which may therefore materially impact the share price.
Regarding DEMANDS from posters.
You will respect and therefore appreciate that we can not respond to any demands made by anonymous members on this forum. I am unable to answer questions on my own. As the company representative on HC, I must run all correspondence past the Board of QBL and occasionally by the
HC administration team before inserting a post into the forum threads.
The Q & A threads are provided to the members of the forum, as a courtesy service by QBL, directly after a
Price Sensitive announcement has been released to the market.

A good rule to run by, in what the company can answer, is to ask your questions directly from the body of the Announcement.
