Q: Why are QBL's announcements so ambiguous and light on detail?

A: Our announcements are prepared carefully and the wording is scrutinized by the ASX. Our legal team checks the wording and then it is submitted to the ASX for posting. We are doing our best to keep the market and shareholder's abreast of our progress. The announcement is quite significant and involves a lot of complexities regarding the acquisitions made by the company. The ASX is doing a good job to make sure companies are following the Listing Rules to the letter. We have tried to release at least one announcement per week to update our shareholders on our progress. This is more than most companies do that are in extended halts. As stated in the last announcement we have provided the ASX everything they have requested of us, and are now waiting on the formalization (signing off) process to be completed by the ASX. The ASX has a detailed internal approval process which we need to respect. We do not control the timing of when we hear back from the ASX, as it is in the hands of the ASX. We expect to hear back from them this week. As soon as we hear back from the ASX we will inform the market.
