Q: Are you/management able to provide the lengthy process that the ASX goes through to approve an announcement?

A: It is inappropriate for us to comment publicly on ASX internal processes without being able to give context prior to releasing the details of the announcement. Shareholders will understand the complexities and why it took so long once the announcement is released. Suffice to say that a number of committees and Departments in the ASX need to deal with approvals of the detailed announcements on acquisitions of this nature.

Q: If people can see the steps and amount of time required maybe that will put people at ease?

A: As previously released, we have provided the ASX everything that they had requested, the formal approvals really should be any day now.

S: Understandably it looks to some like the ASX may have issues with the information because they have had a week to sign off on the finished proposal.

R: We have not heard back any issues from the ASX, but as above, the ASX internal processes of announcements of this nature takes a bit of time. We really are expecting this to be finalised any day. As soon as we hear back from the ASX we will inform the market.
