I think you may be on the money, or atleast close to it when saying they may be relisting due to complaince rules. A full merger of QBL and MCL is possibly also on the cards and would account as one of the ‘deals’ mentioned in the Ann’s. Re listing/merger or both would be a very reasonable explanation for the lengthy suspension as they may not have expected this when the first made the ‘aquisition’ 6 weeks ago.
