Perhaps they should have done similar DD on NMDC.
What a dishonourable company NMDC has shown to be which reflects poorly on the Indian business culture as a whole. I suspect other companies considering working with them will use this as a case study.
Disappointing that it has turn out this way but good riddance to them. Imagine they type of 'partner' they would have been if this is an example of their business etiquette.
