You are being told it is silent tretment. If you look up formal you dont need a letterhead or record it can be told to you or a few other defanitions that suit the indias culture. Because it does not get given to ECT the way Ect want it to show there share holders doesnt mean formal resons were not given. I dont beleve what the rep has said. Look up formal. saying formal was the first thing i notice in the anoncment. Convenent thing to say.
