Hello ECT Rep

1) Have we been in contact or has there been any other interest from alternative Indian companies/ iron ore fine providers in the region or in karnataka state area over the past 2 years?
2) Can an alternative iron ore provider (private company) or even a private investor be a direct replacement for nmdc in partnership/ rca with a PSU?
3) Has nlc placed a request with srtmi for funding for the plant? and if no why not? Have the partners todate been in contact with SRMTI?
4) Is there any potential recourse for us against nmdc? and if no, why? Did we have a risk management stratgey to protect us from this situation and from expenditure committed over the past 2-3 years attempting to progress this deal and the associated costs to the company?, even over the last year as progress became stalled? I am interested in our risk management strategy during this process and level of legality with regard to this process from our side.
5) Did nmdc/ nlc contribute financially towards any of the due dilligence over the past 2 years.
5) Are you going to request a detailed formal response from nmdc? Does ECT value this as critical to our knowledge when entering into future negotiations.
