When you announced a 75/25 deal , i thought you were joke.
The 51/49 , still is TOO high for me .
So you are providing an invention , and expecting 49% , at the same time the other 2 do the finance - Land- Marketing .
Why don't go back and settle with a 3-5 % royalties , or just lease the licence .
Needless to tell you , lots of people are VERY DISAPPOINTED .
