In regard to the R&D plant if NLC go ahead on their own will this be a coldry only plant or include the Matmor/Hydromor Component?
If that's not the case Is it possible for NLCIL to go ahead with the Coldry Demo only and another steel provider Bolt on the Matmor R&D plant at a later date as we assume negotiations will potentially take years.
