Rep ECT gave a bond that was paid to NMDC if ECT walked away. you said that ECT had done everything that was reqired of them with this bond and that the terms wer frosen.
If the bond was handed over to the partners do ECT now lose millions for cutting of the MOU extention? Is that walking away?
How much was the bond?
Can you make a anoncment about all the affects that this situation has on ECTs present financal comittments to the TPA?
Can you detail as much as possable about the fall out of this out come or is is comercial in confadence because you left the door open for NMDC?
