Grant, in the email titled "TNG Change Of Management | Update 17" dated August 9, 2022, you stated, amongst other things:

"In contrast to a takeover, the Change campaign that I am leading will result in everyday Australians, along with international shareholders, continuing to own their stakes in TNG."

With reference to that statement, and to clarify your position, my questions are:

1. Do you have any current plans to take the company, TNG, private should you be successfully elected as the chair-person of the TNG board of directors?

2. Can you give an assurance that you will not, during your tenure as a member (chair or otherwise) of the board of directors of TNG, seek to take the company, TNG, private?
