Judging from your posts (37 as I write) I presume you are another of the TNG management new posters. Your question about taking the company to private ownership is clearly designed to frighten people.
Just to sum up, we seem to have three alternatives:
1 - continue with the current management which virtually guarantees no future. Note the first promise of mining (that I was here for) was in 2012 for mining in 2014. The second was, I think, 2016 for mining in 2018. We seem to be getting no closer and the promises no better. If the current management hold on we would likely see sub 5 cents again.
2 - move to a new management which would give us (through the new management) the chance of appointing someone who can actually carry us forward
3 - If your scare tactic of taking us private were to happen, then the privatiser would need to buy up sufficient of our shares to do that and we would have the choice of selling at a very much improved price (multiples of 5 cents, or even of 10 cents)
