Not sure if it is possible GW or a reason it could not be done legal or otherwise would be put out there a list of possible CEO/MD's candidates that would take up the mantle if asked. Understand the person you may be looking for may already be employed elsewhere...
If these candidates are from the big-end of town it would surely secure a huge wave of votes for the FOR side. Just a thought bubble ok to pop it
