One thing that pops out straight away from looking at those companies is that the absolute MINIMUM board size is 4. Good corporate governance, or more to the point the lack of it, is something that GW is rightly highlighting. LTH’s will remember how long we operated for without a chairman after Mr Evans resigned, in hindsight a massive red flag that should have created a sell signal. I have every confidence under GW’s leadership those mistakes of the past not only won’t be repeated but will become a distant memory due to the new culture he will instil.
