Thanks very much shanepu, yeah I could only get to see page 1 of the announcement on the ipad via HC site, due to problem with scroll bars for announcements, and only saw the summary that all resolutions passed without the percentages, I should of checked asx site instead as well ,

Looks like the instos have screwed all our pooches IMHO , I'm very disappointed that retailers are treated like crap, with smsl on one hand taking up question time and from what I can gather is the huge block in allowing hq to freely communicate (ironic how anti crew want transparency when they are the ones causing it to be not transparent) and the other hand the instos squeezing the life out of us plebs by the blatant manipulation on the SP, add to fact that regulatory authorities don't give a rats.

Agree with you Shane, past talk from hq about improved communication has IMHO been a load of tripe, was there any genuine questions from retailers at the agm directed to EN and NC about this?
