Mr chairman Contrary to what eric say just now, there is areport from OECO institute Germany that say Lynas not safe and the waste cannot be recycled.
Now today, Lynas has said nothing about this report and has not refuted any allegation OK so my question is did Lynas’ silence cost it its joint venture project with Siemens because we know that OECO institute has a working relationship with Siemens and they know about the report.

Well the quick answer to that last statement is No (emphatic), nothing to do with it. But lets move on to the guts of your question with Eric if you could just….

Something undiscernable…….if the question is, is the relevance of the data used. I cannot comment on this report….i didn’t?? read it like everyone and there is some comments made. Just give you one example. We have gases on site. The most dangerous thing you can have on a chemical site is gases. We not only complying with what the regulations is asking, we have put a Electro-Filter?? (could not understand the word), which is basically the Waste Gas Removal plant, which is currently even mentioned in the report as the best available technology. We did it from the first day. It is mentioned not existing there.
The data used for the Rare Earths are incorrect by tens of percent. So I don’t dispute the conclusion except that the data do not have any single relevance….do not fit with that type of plant. Where they coming from I leave you to judge.
