I think that is a bit like saying that without rats, there would have been no Bubonic Plague.

Problem is that it was flees that rode on the rats that were the cause of the Bubonic Plague.

My point is; Katter has held Kennedy for years and his father longer before him. The Nationals {the flees} rode on the rats back for many years, took it for granted until the flee {Katter} decided to jump off.

With all his eccentricities, I like Bob. Yes he is "out there" but at least he is passionate.
