Women in leadership is code for being parachuted into jobs they didn't have to work hard for. If women want to prove their leadership credentials then start businesses from scratch at the same rate as men do and work the same hours that they do. Just this weekend I met a guy who used to work around the clock on his youth, living out his car one week at time going from one roadwork site to another working day and night.
