“Focused on Negativity instead”

Probably because everyone sits waiting for the ‘next quarter’ to be that exponential, tipping point, market breakthrough, hockey stick growth quarter, where we all become instant millionaires. A minor delay in earnings realisation or the accounting of such doesn’t play into the speculative psychi very well. Nor does strategic investment in (or cash burn associated with) Human Resources to allow the meeting of strategic goals (sales, revenue & profit growth) that fall outside the fixed reporting framework of share markets.

In saying all of that it would be wonderful to get some sort of forward projection or guidance on sales of units. I guess that will be one of the true turning points in the business as it will truly push us from being a speculative undertaking to one where individuals can invest with greater confidence in the future growth of the business in mind. Then we can have more of a traffic light assessment of the performance of the business. Bad, expected, stretched beyond defined expectations.
