He explains the system well. However, I have had a quick look through the prospectus and from what I can see he doesn't own shares in the company. I may have missed it, so would love to know if anyone else can see if he owns shares, but by the looks of it he doesn't. So all great to say how amazing it is and I suppose he has to as he is getting a big fat salary of $300k per annum. That said if he is not putting his money where his mouth is, I take it with a pinch of salt. In fact it indicates to me that he either thinks its too expensive or doesn't have a future.
