Interesting, so the CEO is out there selling the business model and asking investors to put their hard earned money into it, but he doesn't own shares in the company. It just doesn't add up to me and you haven't clarified it either.
Can you direct me to where it is stated that the welding component cost for each box is $110,000? Those do sound like good economics.
I am not bagging the company, in fact I am interested in the business, provided the investment thesis adds up. At the moment there are a lot of questions that need answering. Hopefully the upcoming quarterly will answer some of them.
